- Digital Products (Courses, PDFs, Online Resources):
All digital products, including masterclasses, courses, and downloadable PDFs, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.- If you experience technical issues or believe you were charged in error, please contact us at l.sandra@oksdigital.com within 7 days of purchase.
- 1:1 Sessions and Done-for-You Services:
Refunds for 1:1 sessions and bespoke services are subject to the terms outlined in your agreement.- Cancellations:
- You may cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The product/service purchased was not delivered as described.
- A technical issue prevented access to the digital product.
- Errors in payment processing resulted in duplicate charges.
Refunds are not eligible for:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction after accessing the content.
- Failure to complete or use the product/service.
- Purchases made through unauthorised third-party platforms.
3. Process for Refund Requests

4. Done-for-You Services
For bespoke services, such as web or graphic design, refunds are subject to the terms agreed upon in your signed contract.
- Deposits are non-refundable after the work has begun.
- Refund requests for incomplete or unsatisfactory services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, factoring in the scope of work completed.
