5. Service Delivery and Use

Done-for-You Services

Consultation: We start with a consultation to discuss your needs, goals, and project requirements.
Agreement: A detailed agreement and project plan are provided for mutual review and signature.
Payment Terms:
- 50% of the project fee is paid upon signing the agreement.
- The remaining 50% is paid upon project completion and your approval.

DIY Options (Masterclasses, Programs, and Courses)

Purchases for DIY courses or programs can be made directly on [stan.store/oksdigital]. Alternatively, you may visit our website and click on the “Masterclass” links, which will redirect you to our Stan Store.
For 1:1 sessions, either:
1. Confirm availability with us before purchase.
2. Choose an available time slot from our calendar. After purchase, you’ll receive a receipt, email confirmation, and reminders.
PDFs and online courses are accessible immediately upon purchase.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

OK’s Digital is not liable for damages resulting from reliance on inaccurate or unauthorised information provided by third parties.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no guarantees regarding results or uninterrupted access.
